These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ESNDoctor regarding your use of our IMEI blacklist removal and device unlocking services.

ESNDoctor provides IMEI blacklist removal and Bad ESN cleaning services for mobile devices including but not limited to smartphones and tablets. Our services include:

• IMEI Blacklist Removal: Cleaning devices from carrier blacklists
• Bad ESN Fix: Resolving bad Electronic Serial Number issues
• MEID Blacklist Unlock: Mobile Equipment Identifier cleaning services
• Web Application Access: Online platform for service requests

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Have legal ownership or authorized possession of the device
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
• Provide a valid IMEI number for your device

You agree NOT to use our services for:

• Unlocking stolen or fraudulently obtained devices
• Bypassing legitimate carrier restrictions on unpaid devices
• Any illegal or unauthorized activities
• Reselling our services without explicit written permission
• Attempting to reverse engineer our unlocking methods
• Using automated tools to access our services

ESNDoctor is committed to protecting your privacy and personal information:

• Data Collection: We collect only necessary information (IMEI, email, device details)
• SSL Encryption: All data transmission is encrypted using SSL protection
• Data Retention: Personal information is deleted after service completion
• No Storage: We do not store IMEI numbers or personal data long-term
• Third Parties: We do not sell or share your information with third parties

ESNDoctor currently offers our services free of charge through our partnership with GSMA’s IMEI Database. However:

• We reserve the right to introduce fees for premium services
• Any future pricing changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
• Current users will receive grandfathered access to basic services
• Premium features may require separate payment arrangements

While we maintain a 99.9% success rate, please note:

• No Guarantee: We cannot guarantee 100% success for all devices
• Device Compatibility: Some older or specialized devices may not be supported
• Carrier Policies: New carrier restrictions may affect unlock success
• Processing Time: While most unlocks are instant, some may take up to 24 hours
• Permanent Unlocks: Successfully unlocked devices remain permanently unlocked

ESNDoctor provides services “as is” and disclaims all warranties. We are not liable for:

• Device damage resulting from user error during unlock process
• Loss of data during device restart procedures
• Changes in carrier policies affecting unlocked devices
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Service interruptions due to maintenance or technical issues

By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the legal owner of the device or have explicit permission to unlock it
• The device was not obtained through theft, fraud, or other illegal means
• You will comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• You understand that unlocking may void manufacturer warranties
• You will not use unlocked devices for illegal activities

ESNDoctor reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

We recommend reviewing these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates or changes.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
