Didn't receive your email?

There could be a few reasons why the email hasn’t arrived yet:

  1. Delayed delivery: Sometimes, it can take up to 5 minutes for the confirmation email to arrive. Email servers may experience high traffic, causing minor delays in the delivery of your email. Please be patient and allow a few minutes for the email to show up in your inbox.

  2. Check your spam or promotions folder: In some cases, confirmation emails may be mistakenly marked as spam or placed in the promotions folder by your email provider. To ensure that you receive our emails, please check these folders and mark our email address as “Not Spam” or move the email to your primary inbox. This will help train your email provider to recognize our emails as important in the future.

If you have waited for more than five minutes and checked your spam and promotions folders but still have not received the confirmation email, try using another email (even from another provider), try another browser or turn off any AdBlockers or VPNs.
